Refund Policy

Membership fees

Partner membership fees are generally non-refundable once the membership is activated, as the profile-listing benefit begins immediately. If a technical error caused a duplicate charge, contact us within 7 days for a review.

Service purchases

Service credits purchased by clients are refundable only if a booking could not be fulfilled due to partner unavailability and no alternative was arranged, subject to review. Completed services are non-refundable.

How to request

Email support@meettogether.in with your registered mobile number, transaction reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly.
